Become aware of your passion

Do you remember the incredible best seller book by Marsha Sinetar? “Do what you love, the money will follow.” I guess the reason the book is so popular is that it reminds us of something we instinctively and intuitively already know: when we are passionate about what we do success becomes certain.

Passion for life and for work is a critical element of success. Passion is a virtually unstoppable in one’s attitude that creates energy, creativity and productivity. When you are in love with what you do, it becomes so difficult not to succeed. You actions and enthusiasm is so obvious to everyone around you and contagious like flu.

If you want to have this contagious passion for what you do just simply choose the work you love. To do this requires a conscious choice, which often takes a lot of courage. It may be frightening to change career directions or try something new and challenging. After all, most of us have been conditioned to believe in a safe path to attain financial freedom.

Fear is a powerful force and can be highly destructive that it can prevent us from pursuing our dreams. Moreover I have talked to some successful people they all told me the same: they have faced very similar fears and conquered them.

It Is important to ask yourself: how safe is it really, spending your time doing something you don’t enjoy? How well can you perform at a task you don’t like? Is your thinking creative and original? How easy is it to go an extra mile or do what is necessary to achieve greatness? The answers to those questions are clear: without passion your odds to success is small. You will struggle in your career, make misery income, tire out quickly or lead a life of un-satisfaction and un-fulfillment.

But the opposite is just as true when passion fills your heart. When you follow your heart, when you discover what is truly nourishing to your soul, an abundant, joyful life is just around the corner.
